More Video: Fear of Heights

I've been experimenting with using video to explore psychological issues and problems.  While I used to carry my MP3 recorder everywhere I go,  now I also carry my video camera.  Here's a clip from this week's hike up Mt. Monadnock in Southwestern New Hampshire to talk how to conquer anxiety and create satisfaction from big accomplishments:

I just got my diagnosis of Aspergers. I mean like an hour ago. I feel like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders and then dropped right back down again. One of the things I struggle with most is sensory stuff. Over stimulation. I would love to hear other people thoughts on this. The problem has kept me isolated for quite some time.

You nervous system is turned on high, I have the same problem...

I need to be alone and away from people, does your mind feel like it is causing you a mild discomfort / pain when you expend energy to talk to people?
