Great points! I would include that the medical system does not like it when patients are not "healed" or "fixed"...it represents a failure for them...and as it often can be with teachers, therapists and other types of professionals, the patient or student must be the one that is screwing up...moi?!!!

10 minute medicine solves some problems, but in many cases, lack of doc attention simply perpetuates more visits that may be unnecessary. All I ask for is at least 20 minutes...not 10!
