"More truth: Fewer jobs means we need to move to shorter work week (let's start with a 4 day work week), and really focus on improving local community recreation opportunities. Many will earn less, but have more time to play, enjoy, help each other."

NOT SO SURE ABOUT THIS..."THEY" WERE SAYING STUFF LIKE THIS 50-60 YEARS AGO...THAT THE TECHNOLOGICAL AGE WOULD GIVE US MORE FREE TIME...SEEMS LIKE PEOPLE ARE WORKING MORE NOT LESS SO FAR...AND THAT OVERALL, PEOPLE ARE SPENDING MORE TIME WITH TECHNOLOGY THAN WITH OTHER PEOPLE. (E.G., MY SONS SPEND MORE TIME WITH THEIR PHONES THAN I EVER DID...AND TEXTING ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY, NOT TALKING) MAYBE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE SAYING: ALL WE REALLY NEED IS AN IPHONE/TECHNOLOGY - AND NOT OTHER PEOPLE? I HEARD WHERE RECENTLY, THE FORMER PREZ OF PSYCHOLOGY TODAY TRIED A COMPUTER DATING SERVICE, AND IN SHORT, AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS (OF BEING DUPED) FINALLY REALIZED THAT THE 'WOMAN' ON THE OTHER END WAS ACTUALLY JUST A COMPUTER MODEL.
